This does help me go to sleep. And wake up with out a headache. I had tried melatonin before but I think it was too many strong and gave me a headache. With this only having 3 mg it worked but was not to strong.

Need something stronger
Tastes good but I have to take 2 and 1/2 a Xanax still to sleep
