People First

Our people are the shit

No, but seriously, they’re great.

We put our people first. You give us 100%, we pay it back ten times over. We love our people and want a long-term relationship with them. Herb always puts mental health, family, and personal growth first.

Herb believed in my potential since day one and I've been able to grow so much! I'm grateful to work in a place that allows me to be my truest self, I also work with some incredible people that now I get to call friends and I'm able to make part of such a strong and powerful industry.

How We Get It Done

We’re a team of creative problem solvers with constant ideas after ideas. Creativity is at the core of what we do at Herb. We collaborate as a team to go beyond our goals and maximize impact.

Who Gets It Done

We love entrepreneurs

Something magical happens when you work with people you respect and who respect you. We have an entrepreneurial culture where we value independence and a hands-on approach. We are looking for others like us, people who can rise to the challenge, create real strategies, and take action.

Discover your next role

Account Executive, Agency

This is an individual contributor role. You’ll report directly to the Director of Sales, and your job is to go find business - not wait for it. That means building your own pipeline, running deals, and closing them. We’re not going to hand you a warm book on day one. During ramp-up, the expectation is that you’re generating your own leads and booking your own meetings. Once you’ve shown you can do that, you’ll have an SDR feeding you additional pipeline. It’s not about proving yourself for the sake of it - we want to know you can generate meetings independently, because that skill matters throughout the role, not just at the start. Once deals are signed, a CSM team handles delivery. You'll support CS through the early months to ensure a clean handoff and help build the relationship, but CS becomes the primary contact and owns client success. You're there to back them up, not carry the weight. We’re looking for someone 2–3 years in, ideally with agency or digital marketing experience. If you’re coming from a different background but your sales fundamentals are genuinely strong, we’re open to talking - just know the learning curve on the product side will be steeper without that context.

Client Success Manager – Agency

As an Agency Client Success Manager, you’ll be the digital quarterback for your clients—owning the strategy, communication, and orchestration of multi-channel marketing programs. You’ll guide clients through their full funnel of deliverables (paid media, SEO, email, creative, and more), ensuring every initiative ladders up to their growth goals. You’ll work cross-functionally with internal teams and vendor partners to plan, brief, execute, and optimize campaigns that drive measurable results. You’ll translate performance data into clear business outcomes, recommend next steps grounded in benchmarks and client KPIs, and lead proactive conversations that drive retention and expansion. Reporting & Team: You’ll report to the Head of Client Success and work closely with our Client Success Team Lead, Account Coordinators, Ad Ops, and vendor partners.
