Restful Night Bites

Help me fall asleep nothing works like this by product! Love it sold

I love the restful night bites. They are great at putting me to sleep and relaxing me,

I bought these for my husband and really likes them. They help him sleep and it does not give him that groggy feeling in the morning.

It took about 60 min for the product to take effect. Even though I continued to toss and turn a bit in bed, I woke feeling more rested than nights when I hadn't tried the Full Spectrum Product. I continued to have normal dreams. I would recommend allowing at least 7 hours of sleep to avoid any groggy feeling the next morning.

This is my first purchase of the Restful Nights gummies. I am enjoying them. I feel they do help me get better quality sleep but does not help get me to sleep which the melatonin should do.

Seems to help a bit. Would still like something stronger but not with more melatonin.

The directions say to take 1. That didn’t work for me. So I started taking 2 before bedtime. Taking 2 is helping me to relax & get a little bit of sleep.

It has helped with getting me relaxed for a good nights sleep.
