Restful Night Bites

I’ve used this for the occasional night i I know I’m going to struggle sleeping. I love that I fall asleep but don’t feel groggy and drugged the next morning.

These lights definitely make me restful. I enjoy the tangerine flavor but there is also some thing spicy? I’m not really sure if maybe it’s just me but my throat does burn a little bit after I eat these. But overall I’m going to maintain my subscription unless something changes my mind but so far so good.
