These contain sugar!
These gummies seem to help me relax and fall asleep but do not help me stay asleep all night.
Also, I am disappointed that the outside of the gummies are pure sugar. I should have paid more attention to the ingredients list before I purchased.

Apparently we need horse tranquilizers
I was very excited to try these as my husband doesn’t sleep well at all and refuses to take prescription medication. Unfortunately, these didn’t knock him out like I had hoped. Maybe I should just give him a handful? Lol. Either way, happy to support my girl Tamra. ❤️
