Good stuff
They work well overall. The taste is slightly bitter even with the sugar coating and they leave a taste in my mouth for a long time. Though they don't leave a film like other brands.

Skeptical but it could just be me....
It seems to put me "out" but then sometimes I wake up and don't feel sleepy after only about 2 hours. I work all day and never nap. It was helping with my night-time hot flashes/sweats but now...not so much. I'm still going to use it but not sure if I'll repurchase it again. Time will tell!
