Go to sleep fast but wake up in 2 hours
The sleep aid helps me to go to sleep in about 30-45 minutes. I do wake up about 2 hours after sleeping and still have trouble getting back to sleep. I am not comfortable taking another gummy after 2 hours because I get dizzy.

Lights out.
I was excited to try this product. Unfortunately. I didn't think the taste was great, but, I can get past that. Maybe I need to take 2.... as it didn't really help me fall asleep as much as I wanted it to work.
