It took a bit to figure out when to take I found if I took right as I was going to sleep my mind would not shut down for over an hour. I now take one about 1 1/2 hours before sleep. Works great. It may be the sugar in the gummy. I limit my sugar intake. I hope they could make a gummy sugar free!

Very relaxing and I actually fall asleep with out taking ambien. I just wish I could sleep longer than 3-4 hours after taking it. But I have hope that after taking it for a week it will sleep for a longer time
