Sleeping through the night
I started using the lights out gummy because I wanted to stop taking my doctor prescribed ambien. At first, I didn’t think it was doing much, but after a couple weeks I realized I no longer woke up in the middle of the night which had been a regular occurrence when taking Ambien. I’m sure my sleep quality is better now that I don’t wake up and str Sleeping through the night
