Everything You Need To Know About Weed Condoms

Here at Herb, we’re all about doing everything safely. So don’t forget to stay safe with cannabis-themed condoms!

It’s no surprise that the sex and cannabis industry collided.

After all, both have a way of inviting playfulness, exploration, and a little added spice to everyday life.

But do weed condoms actually get you or your partner high, deeming them worth a trip to your local headshop?

Weed-Infused Condoms: Green As Can Be, But How High Can They Get You?

pexels cottonbro 6473092 Everything You Need To Know About Weed CondomsWeed condoms might come in more than one size but they only come in one color – green. The company that created these impressive condoms has appropriately called them Cannadoms.

They claim that their condoms taste like weed, although here’s hoping they taste more like one of the more palatable strains of marijuana.

They aren’t cheap, marketing at $54 US for a packet of 50 condoms. That’s a little bit more than $1 a condom, meaning it’s going to have to be someone special that you’re having safe canna-sex with.

Unfortunately, these condoms will not get you or your genitals high. They do not contain any cannabinoids that will leave you feeling even remotely buzzed. But, fortunately for those who are looking to take the extra step, there are definitely other products on the market to satisfy your bedroom-weed fusion curiosities.

The range of sex-related marijuana products becoming available on the market goes way beyond Cannadoms. There are now pipes out there that double up as dildos, there are cannabis-infused lubricants (which actually does get your genitals high).

The truth is that cannabis could be changing sex entirely, especially the more so it becomes legal. Sexual intimacy is increased when the experience is coupled with marijuana, and the two industries are not slow to take advantage of that fact. For some, cannabis is making sex an entirely new experience. And for cannabis, the sex industry is giving it a platform through which to make more products to cater to more people.

Safety Is Key

It’s always promising to see that the marijuana industry is interested in promoting fun as well as safety. Sexual safety (as well as safety when it comes to marijuana use) are things that an educational system is always trying to promote, and the marijuana industry very much acts as that in the USA. Cannadoms make the safe part of sex fun for cannabis enthusiasts.
