I wouldn't necessarily say that it helps makes you sleep but it helps by relaxing your body and or mind, depending on the “strain”. Both work as mood enhancer s. But in different areas. It can help calming down the body and thoughts and making more precise or better performed actions and or be more motivated and in a Rush but without a plan and ve Great product! Great flavors! Mildly irritating.

I have both o and p. I use o mainly but I tried the P just to see the effects. I found the o stronger. Maybe I have to use the P on a steadier basis. Both are extremely good, legal and a fair price
