First off, I was very surprised at the quality of the carts themselves. They are very well made and as far as the effects go, YES you will feel it. It doesn't quite hit you like straight bud will but it does creep up on you. The taste is just alright, not bad, not good, takes some getting used to. I am good after about 5-10 or so hits, puts me to High quality, Does the job, All your answers here :)
