It really helps with pain and anxiety . It's rather smooth for a vape. Have not noticed any difference in my sleep. But I give it 4.5 stars. Only thing I don't like is like most vapes it tends to clug up at the end and needs to cleaned

Definitely good quality. The clogging is a little frustrating but the effects make up for it. It is better than Delta Extrax I just recently tried. Please avoid their website if you’re reading this. I felt giggly , hungry and sleepy with this cart. I also didn’t wanna do shit. Definitely a nighttime thing. Draws nice.
