i've never tried the vape variant before. so as my first time i have to say the effects are good as far as me being able to relax and sleep. but i did seem to get the coughs/hacking. i attest this to being a non smoker and trying to vape. seemed to burn my throat. but as i go on trying it every evening, its getting easier
