Mom dissatisfied…

The oil was purchased for my elderly mother. I changed companies for her oil to yours. She is very disappointed in the bitter strong smell and flavor, (I had been purchasing peppermint flavor from another company). The stopper is too soft and will not pull oil into dropper. The oil tastes and looks old. I won't be ordering from you again.
