I left a note with my order to ship to a different address, and sent an email, to make sure they understood, and then they shipped to the wrong address. They have not returned any of my emails, and they do not have a telephone number.

Poor shipping

I paid 8.00 for shipping it came lightly wrapped in bubble wrap. Lid was loose, there were knicks all over the bottle. I already complained on Instagram. It was from Chicago fulfillment center. I was surprised because my daughter referred me to your place of business to order CBD oil she got her package in a nice box with a card concerning the dosing mine just came the way I described with no insides of any description of how to use it or is it suggestions. Deceitful shop, proceed with caution

They sent my USPS Priority package with some kind of budget delivery service instead that got lost. Their support was friendly but ultimately did absolutely nothing to fix it. After telling me they'd re-send the package, they never did. Now they ignore further emails. Filing a fraud claim and won't be back.
