When I first tried it
When I first tried it I done exactly what the instructions said to do.. Didn't effect me really. But I was telling this to a friend of mine, she told me to add if to a hot liquid or hot food. I added it to my coffee. And It relaxed me to be able to rest. So it's best to add this to something hot to get great effects.
