Instructions

  1. Preheat Oven to 375°F (190°C)
  2. Cook macaroni as per package but 2 mins less; drain
  3. In the same pot, melt cannabutter, stir in flour, gradually add milk & spices, and stir till slightly thick
  4. Off heat, stir in cheese and macaroni
  5. Mix breadcrumbs and melted butter
  6. In a greased dish, add macaroni mixture and top with breadcrumbs; bake for 15-20 mins
  7. Cool for a few minutes & serve

Cannabis-Infused Butternut Squash Soup

Prep Time: 20 minutes 

Cook Time: 30 minutes 

Serves: 4-6 

Ingredients

  • 1 medium butternut squash (peeled & cubed), 1 onion (chopped), 2 carrots (chopped), 3 cups vegetable broth 
  • 1/4 cup cannabutter 
  • 1 tsp ground nutmeg, 1 tsp cinnamon, salt & pepper to taste
  • 1 cup coconut milk

Instructions

  1. Peel and cube the squash, chop onions and carrots
  2. In a pot, melt cannabutter over medium heat, add onions and carrots, and saute until soft (about 5 mins)
  3. Add spices and squash to the pot and stir well to combine
  4. Pour in vegetable broth, bring to a boil, then simmer until squash is tender (about 20 mins)
  5. Use an immersion blender to purée the soup until smooth
  6. Stir in coconut milk for a creamy texture
  7. Taste and adjust seasoning, then serve warm

Pot-Infused Mashed Potatoes

Prep Time: 15 minutes 

Cook Time: 25 minutes

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs russet potatoes, peeled and quartered
  • 1/2 cup cannabutter

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, boil potatoes until tender (about 15-20 mins)

Instructions

  1. In a pot, combine cranberries, sweeteners, and orange juice
  2. Bring the mixture to a simmer over medium heat
  3. Stir in the canna oil, orange zest, and cinnamon
  4. Let it cook until the cranberries burst and the sauce thickens (10-15 mins)
  5. Allow to cool before serving; it thickens more as it cools

Cannabis-Infused Pear And Almond Tart

Prep Time: 20 minutes 

Cook Time: 45 minutes 

Serves: 8 

Ingredients

  • 1 pre-made pie crust 
  • 4 medium pears (peeled & sliced), 1 cup almond meal, 1/2 cup sugar, 1/2 cup cannabutter (melted) 
  • 1 tsp almond extract, zest of 1 lemon 
  • Sliced almonds, powdered sugar (for dusting)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C)
  2. Unroll the pre-made pie crust into a tart pan and prick the base with a fork
  3. In a bowl, mix almond meal, sugar, cannabutter, almond extract, and lemon zest to form a paste
  4. Spread the mixture on the crust and arrange pear slices on top in a circular pattern

Instructions

  1. Mix yeast & warm milk, let sit for 5 mins. Add sugar, cannabutter, salt, eggs, and 4 cups of flour to form a dough. Knead, adding more flour if needed, until smooth. Let rise for 1 hour. 
  2.  Pre heat oven to 375°F (190°C) 
  3. Combine brown sugar, cinnamon, and orange zest
  4. Roll out the dough into a rectangle, spread the cannabutter, and sprinkle the filling evenly
  5. Roll the dough tightly from the longer side and cut it into 12 equal pieces
  6. Place in a greased pan and bake for 25-30 mins until golden
  7. Mix powdered sugar and orange juice to make the glaze and drizzle over warm rolls

Cannabutter Apple Crisp With Cardamom & Ginger

Prep Time: 15 minutes 

Cook Time: 45 minutes

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F (165°C)

  3. In a bowl, mix pumpkin seeds with cannaoil, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt & pepper. For a sweet twist, add maple syrup
