The product itself is great, does the job like the dispensary. The shipping if not the small manilla envelope is pretty bad. First order great, ordered larger after that box came empty. They did send another it arrived. The packaging though is pretty bad, mine had the ends of 3 different tape types. It sucks to have the packaging be a 50/50 if my Good product, shipping meh
