Feeling Sleepy!!
I take one of these and soon after genuinely feel calmer, and everything slows down. I don't LOVE the taste, but it is far better than any similar products I have tried. I thoroughly recommend it!

I’ve taken these a few times to help me sleep, They seem to work just fine, the only ingredient that’s missing that were in the previous night-time gummies I was taking is 5HTP which I think is really important for my serotonin levels
