Restful Night Bites

Less groggy than melatonin. Somewhere in-between Great and Good. Would buy again!

The first night I tried this product, I did feel a bit foggy the next day, but the fogginess disappeared after the first time. I struggle with sleeping through the night and this helps has definitely helped me feel more rested! My husband recently tried it and he slept all night long too! We love it!

Great gummies with slightly bitter aftertaste that goes away quickly. Helps me get to sleep quicker than any other things I’ve tried including prescription items.

The taste isn’t very good because it has a cherry medicine flavor but I do feel like it is helpful in relaxing me and getting ready to sleep.

They definitely help me fall asleep/stay asleep. I still have yet to find something to keep me asleep through the night, but these work pretty well.

I can say this is a solid product for someone not looking to get "high" but also needing a lil something extra to help easy them in to sleep if having trouble getting there.
