Lights Out Extra Strength Sleep Gummies

I’ve been using the lights out for 3 weeks now. I use only 1/2 gummy as of now since I’m use to the restful nights. I also weigh less than 100 pounds so gummies sometimes hit me a bit stronger than some people. It works great at helping me fall asleep. It quiets my mind which I love!
