Delivers as promised
This product delivers as promised. Please allow 8 hours sleep time so you don't wake up groggy. Definitely recommend for full night sleep. I think a better alternative than the prescribed sleep aid I have (Ambien).

Goodnight with Lights out!
I liked restless nights but nothing let’s me stay asleep the whole night until I took Lights Out! I tend to have a high tolerance so I’d still wake up with restless nights, not with the new Liggts Out. Haven’t slept like this in years, Vena just keeps getting better and better!
