This is probably the most recommendable product out there, decently priced, well put together. I love the digital read so you know the exact temp you’re working with. But the best thing about it is that the customer service was on top of their stuff!! With having a three year warranty I had to send mine in to get serviced and I had it back within Customer service

This product is great and the atomizer works as long as advertised, I’ve been using the duo heavily since may and just now the months later need to be changed which is great cost of maintenance for such a great product , I will say it was having issues with the atomizer included but with help from Ellie at high fives customer service I quickly had Great product

High 5 Duo, best portable on the market
I've been using a high five duo since the month they came on the market (April 2020) and it's been the easiest, best portable device I've ever used and I've used basically all of them. You get the ability to control your temps down to the digit and can procure a very affordable bowl for flower. My base died after 3 years and High Five is helping m High 5 Duo, best portable on the market
Duo is the only way to go
I love the duo. I have it for strictly concentrates but will get the new herb atomizer soon! I just picked up the SIC bowl as well as ceramic. I would definitely recommend the SIC bowl. It changed the game for sure! You can always email their team and get any info as well. They're super nice and quick to resolve issues!
