First e rig

Recommended to me by a friend, I bought it while it was on sale. I knew only the torch, so I was skep[tical. It took a couple hits to figure out the temps and how to hit it slower than normal. I get a l lot more flavor and effect with less product. My glass is now a display piece after buying a Duo.

First of all, the DUO is a game changer (tried a lot of other comparable products). The best, hands down. Then you can talk about value, which is great, but there are always some type of deal that is going on! Next, customer service. FANTASTIC, things happen from shipping to other random things.... but the service you get when yo awesome product and even better customer service!

The middle glass piece broke off (not sure how this would even happen, but i guess the mouth piece was just sooo poorly made). Should have gotten it sooner!

I was a holdout on getting an e-rig, but after being a long-time torch and rig user, I'm sold! I chose the Duo because of the price, the simplicity, and the ease of use, and it delivers on all fronts. Really pleased with it.
