While THC-O may produce a very similar high to these other varieties of THC, it does come with a psychedelic profile that Delta THCs do not have. THC-O delivers a heady high that is often accompanied by visuals at higher doses. 

This happens because THC-O has a higher bioavailability than other varieties of THC. In other words, the amount of THC-O you consume is better absorbed and exploited by the body than regular THC.

But when the cannabinoid has been broken down, it leaves traces of Delta 9 THC in the body that have a free avenue to do their work on you. Adding to a more potent high that isn’t as fast as D8 and D9, but definitely more potent.

There aren’t any official accusations against THC-O that we’ve found online. Whenever I’ve taken THC-O I’ve had myself a pretty fine time. So, based on personal experience and evidence we were able to dig up online, yes, THC-O is safe. 

Although, I would strongly recommend talking to a licensed physician if you have a pre-existing medical condition, or if you feel that would give you greater peace of mind. Other than that, all I can say is go for it but make sure you purchase your product from trustworthy brands like Binoid.
