Remember, we’re not looking for a salad bowl turned to drink. Let’s make this an actual healthy breakfast with enough elements to enhance each other’s flavors, as well as the calming and energy-boosting qualities of Delta 8. 

For a single serving, you’ll need: 

  • Half a cup of frozen mango, cut into small pieces
  • Half a cup of frozen strawberries, cut into small pieces
  • A cup of coconut water
  • Two tablespoons of unsweetened, plain yogurt 
  • And, if you want it to be sweeter, a teaspoon of whichever sweetener you prefer (regular sugar, honey, monk fruit, etc.)

If you want it to be a bit more like a smoothie-bowl type of consistency, you can add more yogurt and less coconut water; you might want to sprinkle some sliced almonds, shredded coconut, or chia seeds in the mix to make it even healthier.
