Ganja-Infused, Gluten-Free Granola

Perfect as a light breakfast with yogurt or midday snack, this is an easy, guilt-free option for medicating with cannabis.

Honey infused with Phoenix Tears
Goji berries
Dehydrated blueberries
Shelled hemp seeds
Yoghurt-covered raisins or pretzels
2-3 cups Gluten-free oats
1/2 cup Brown sugar
Vanilla extract
Almond Oil / Olive Oil
Cinnamon
Ginger
Sheet tray
Parchment paper
Saucepan
Glass bowl
  1. Mix brown sugar, vanilla extract, honey, oil in saucepan and heat gently till melted and consistent
  2. Add 2-3 cups of oats to a bowl, plus ginger and cinnamon
  3. Coat the oats with the pan mixture
  4. Mix and add oil if needed to keep damp
  5. Pour onto parchment paper on sheet tray and spread out
  6. Bake at 325°F (162°C) for 10-15 minutes
  7. Mix into a bowl and add shelled hemp seeds, dehydrated blueberries, goji berries and yoghurt-covered raisins
