Broke after a week

I was happy using the product, it was very good. until it broke after a week of use. Very suprising and disappointing. I will see if I can get a refund, but the product should not be that faulty.

Tank issue

Only had this for about a week and a half before the tank fell apart and I lost all the fluid. Literally tried to pull the red tip protector off and both ends of the tank apart and cbd went everywhere.

Not very strong, a little misleading

Recently bought it and I thought it came with the pen and a cartridge and an extra cartridge. I was a little disappointed that it didn’t say it was one. For me it’s also not very strong.

Overly harsh vapor product

I ordered this item after hearing about CBD products from friends. I wanted to try something to help with my anxiety and back pain. CBD helps a lot with both of those aliments, however this product was so harsh to smoke that I often felt like I was drowning in vapor. I would not recommend this product to anyone. Not while there are 99% CBD products out there that are so much easier to use and really help transition you into feeling better by incorporating that precious CBD. Do not buy unless you area a avid smoker and can handle extremely harsh products.

Is X2 UNCUT considered to be more potent or on par with Americana Uncut? I recently purchased Americana, OG Kush for my wifes' insomnia but she doesn't like the taste so I am looking for alternatives. Thinking I should stick with the brand and try the Grape or switch to X2 UNCUT. Any input from the expert would be greatly appreciated! X2 UNCUT vs AMERICANA which tastes better and is stronger or is it just personal preference?
