I recently purchased my second herbal vaporizer, having had a less-than-stellar experience with a Yocan dry hit vaporizer before. I was compelled to share my experience with POTV's customer service, which was nothing short of spectacular. It's rare for me to post reviews about customer service, but the dedication and effort put forth by the POTV team deserve recognition. They truly went out of their way to ensure customer satisfaction. I acquired the device three weeks ago for 250 CAD, before any sales were active. Upon noticing a price reduction during the 420 sale, I contacted their customer service. To my delight, they promptly refunded the difference in price without any hassle. Regarding the performance of the device, I echo the sentiments of others who have praised the POTV Lobo. There's not much more I can add that hasn't already been said. The Lobo is a phenomenal vape. If you're considering it, I wholeheartedly recommend you go for it. It's a purchase you're sure to appreciate.

I have tried all of the major portable vaporizers, and this one is in the top three and half the price of the other two ! Best portable value vaporizer No doubt! Quick heat up, great taste, removable battery, USB-C charging, easy cleaning, and temperature control. I love the dosing capsules as well.

This thing is awesome. Best vape sesh I’ve ever had. Tickles the throat, tastes fantastic, with easy and clear start up instructions. The bubbler attachment is so easy to use and works so well. Really makes you feel like you’re smoking a pipe. Not to mention the weight of it feels substantial, the size is flawless, the vibrations are like my old Nokia phone and believe I could hear it from anywhere. 100% recommend. To anyone on the fence - You won’t be disappointed.

I love this little guy. I bought it in green (gorgeous finish) along with eight dosing capsules. Very Satisfying hits, super easy to clean, medium heat up time, removable battery, The best dozen capsules on the market (Way better than the Storz ones). PS I have a Venti and a mighty and a tiny mite and I have to say that all considered this is my number one favorite Considering the cost.

This device was responsible for me quitting smoking and going over to vaping full time. I had another device prior and it just didn't have enough satisfaction to get me to kick the smoke. The lobo is affordable, stylish, ergonomic to hold, had a variety of attachments and accessories, hits hard and is fuuuuullll of flavor. My lungs feel great now that I switched to dry herb vaping. I use much less herb as well and get a greater effect. Do yourself, your wallet, and your lungs a favor and grab the lobo. You won't be disappointed.

This is hands down some of the best vaping experience I’ve ever had. You can flavor sip at 350 or milk a water piece at 430. It’s easy to keep clean especially with the dosing pods. I love this vaporizer.

This is my entry to using vapes so my opinion may not be as valuable as some others, but the Lobo delivers perfectly on everything I imagined. It has the ability to adjust through a wide heat range so you can find what best suits your preference. Using the dosing capsules are easy and convenient for all situations in addition to keeping the oven clean. The vapor it produces is easy on the lungs, allowing for very effective hits that are easy to underestimate at first. I highly recommend getting this with at least one of the mini bubblers or the water pipe attachment so you can climb through the heat range comfortably. You won't regret it.

Compared to others I’ve tried, this is the first one I can say checks all the boxes. No burnt lips, no waiting for 10 minutes for it to heat up. Just a great little piece.
