Seems I need a refund
I have purchased multiple carts from you (various times) and so far, 6 of them stopped working. I tried blowing it out from the bottom, cleaning out the top with alcohol dipped toothpick. I would love to know how to extract the oil from them. and if that's not possible, can I get a refund? Thanks, ilndgalwork@yahoo.com
