Great battery last long and has great power, problem is that the inside of the battery sometimes becomes lose and won’t push up I have to manually pull it up and lock it in place

Great battery only downside is I noticed some cartridges don’t work with the switchblade feature such as alien labs,connected,cbx they’re too wide. Overall do recommend

This unit is heavy duty, looks great and it’s easy to conceal. I was going to rate this a 4 because I did have an issue having the atomizer not having proper contact. I contacted Hamilton Support and they offered many troubleshooting steps. Tried them and it’s working great again. In case those steps didn’t work, they offered to replace my unit. Thanks Support Team.
