Taste is bad but effect is good

The taste is very nasty. But it worked and it calmed me down alot, coming from an over thinker this helped me calm down and focus on the things id be doing currently other than the past or the future ( if that makes sense) . also makes me sleep alot and it lasted me a week. I payed $24 due to my discount, though i wouldnt buy again due to the flav Taste is bad but effect is good
