I Know The Gift!!

Good Customer Service

My pen was burnt right out the box BUT Binoid replaced it for me. The replacement got sent to my billing address which doesn't work for me and they sent it quickly to the shipping address. The pens arent too bad. Maybe I just haven't found the right flavor yet.
