I has high expectations for this but have had a hard time getting the roll on working. Maybe it had dried out in shipping may try again at a later date as I've heard great things

This works really well! I use the cooling effect on my shoulders after a long day. I’ve also used it on my chest as a substitute for sinus-clearing products. The roll-on feature makes it extremely easy to apply without feeling like you have a layer of goo on you, nor the scent of a nursing home. It’s definitely worth a shot.
