I like the absorbency factor and it's creamy texture. It does provide relief from the discomfort I experience from my frozen shoulder symptoms. I use it up to twice a day as needed. It improves my ability to continue with range of motion exercises. I thought it would have more of a hemp smell. Why doesn't it? It also relieves the discomf So far so good

This product helps on sore tight muscles. I bought it for sciatic pain. I think I need something stronger but not sure which product would work.

I've only used this product for a week. I use it on my hands for arthritis pain. It gives me some relief. Excellent moisturizer as well. Too soon to know if it gives a cumulative effect.
