For my personal dose I take about two droppers and I go to bed. I don’t wake up throughout the night when I take two droppers which is awesome. The taste isn’t bad & the peppermint doesn’t burn my mouth in anyway. I’ve never had this brand tincture before but I’m definitely going to buy again.
