really does help
i like the full spectrum because it works. you can also manage your dosing, you don’t always have to take the full amount.makes a big difference with my back pain that will never go away and surgery is not an option. i really like the flavors offered as well, mine is the chocolate mint.

it's okay
i'm not sure if i've developed a tolerance, but it seems this oil is not delivering as well as a year ago. i have been combining my morning oil with an afternoon gummy, which gets me to about the same level of stability as 2021. sorry, but i can't provide a better review.
