i tried the mint chocolate flavor, honestly pretty good! i thought it was gonna taste like medicine, thank goodness it didn't. i took half for the first time just to see how i would react then i took the other half after a couple hours. if you're using it to help you sleep better, i suggest 2 whole drops gets me super sleepy 😴.

i feel like it helped the first couple of days, but on the following 2 nights it gave me horrible heartburn. i dont normally have that, so it was a bit of a shock. going to give it a while and try again. just something to look out for.

it's okay, tastes fine. i prefer the gummies as a sleep aid. it was worth trying though.

i found this to have a pleasant taste. it's faster acting than the gummies and gives the same mellowing out feeling. i like both options, the oil and the gummies. the gummies are more convenient, but i'll continue to keep both on hand. i'm very pleased with both products.
