it helps me relax and unwind. i have osteoarthritis and this helps me sleep.

i’m a restless person that comes from a long line of restless individuals and i don’t necessarily like to relax and i feel uneasy when im not working on something but taking these drops help me relax throughout the day without affecting my productivity they even give me a strange feeling of focus, it might just be me. they also help me sleep comfo has a great, but subtle, calming effect, feels great.

i bought these mainly to get to sleep and stay asleep. they are not really working to put me to sleep but once i settle in i have been waking up in the morning without having been up four or five times.

tastes good and works for me.

i personally do not like the flavor.
