easy to use
i have trouble falling asleep, staying asleep and getting good sleep, especially when stressed. this battles all those things. i have only used it a few times, but so far i am happy! i did not feel high, but...i was sleeping so hard to tell. it tastes like oil. nothing too strong or funky.
