this is my 3rd time ordering this - and i love it. it helps w/ mild pain/discomfort, anxiety and stress - i take a dropper about an hour before bed, and i sleep so well! love your products!

i’ve been using this tincture for about a year. it helps me settle down to sleep and improves the quality of my sleep. i have found that it seems to work better when i alternate it with other tinctures (specifically a water-based one) and gummies.
