the taste is on point. if you don’t like the natural flavor, you’ll love this. i do wish the thc content was a bit higher. i would try other products from them for sure.

i have used this as directed on several days now, and i have not been able to notice any type of improvement in my sleep. i am not falling asleep faster, i am not staying asleep all night, and i do not wake feeling rested. on a good note, the liquid does not taste horrible. it's not yummy, but also not nasty.
