Option for changing subscription
There needs to be a "change subscription" feature in addition to "upgrade and cancel" - I just wanted to switch to every other month, and there was no easy way to do this, so I canceled.

Does the trick
Seems to help with falling asleep for my teenagers who have always had some difficulty. Also seems to help calm some mild anxiety. It doesn't appear to have made any difference in focus and attention as hoped but, overall results are good enough that I am ordering more.
