It made me feel a very subtle body relaxation but it didn't alleviate my headache, neck and chest pain AT ALL. And I'm vegan and follow a very clean yogic diet. I don't recommend it. I recommend meditation and relaxation techniques. They are free and FAR more effective! ;-)
