I take 30mg in the morning for anxiety. It doesn't completely get rid of it but does dull out the anxiety to make it barely noticeable. The flavor was better than I expected.

I used it for 2 weeks & I didn't notice any pain relief in my lower back pain. I went back to my old cbd oil I was using previously that gives me better pain relief. I wanted to try a Full Spectrum oil to see how my pain would react

Firm believer!

Jumped up from 50mg to 1000mg. I’ve used CBD oil for a few months or so and things I’ve noticed are better sleep and less anxiety. With talking to people, doing research, and using it myself I’m without a doubt a believer in CBD oil. Everyone’s body is different though and will take a different approach when using it.
