Not Sure What To Expect

Unable to tell what is or isn’t happening when taking the oil. At least I don’t feel worse and there is no aftertaste. I have tried other brands where there was a distinct improvement but had to take more. Trying to open the bottle with arthritic hands (squeeze, push down, turn, bottle tips over) is not easy.
