Full Spectrum CBD Oil Tincture – 1000mg

I placed an order for two bottles of 1000mg 30ml Full Spectrum CBD Tincture on January 5, 2019. The website claims to allow 24-48 for order processing, however, my order has still not been processed as of January 19, 2019. Further, repeated attempt to contact customer service regarding the status of my order went ignored until a representative finally responded on Jan 16 to tell me that they are simply backed up with orders and emails and will basically get to me when they get to me. As consolation, they offered 15% off my next order...are you kidding? You've already taken my money without sending me any product, ignored my attempts at contacting you, and you think I'm going to buy anything from you ever again?

The 1000 mg CBD OIL was much more effective than the 300 mg oil bought previously for relief of arthritis in my knee.

I've ordered from this company twice the same product both times I just recently received my second order and the product looks so different in the bottles that I have to believe one order was better than the other I don't know if the dark order that I received recently is better than the lighter stuff or what I don't know if it's burned or what the inconsistency is in the product this is the first time I've encountered this from any company that I've used in the past the flavor is a bit unpleasant in this bottle I mainly use this product to sleep and it seems to effectively do that still so I'm torn on how to feel one way or the other but one of the orders was inconsistent my first order or the second order ??
