I do not know how anyone can review this product and at the same time, "leave out any and all medical claims". Isn't that the whole point of the product?? Well, here goes. So far, I can tell it does relax me and makes me sleepy, so I do sleep better. As far as pain management goes, I can't tell any difference yet. But most people say it takes time for the full effects to be felt. So, I'm hoping for more results with longer use.
