I get very good pain relief with the 1000 CBDrops.it usually lasts over 12 hours or more.

I take about 12 drops for low level general anxiety and it seems to mellow me out

I am extremely sensitive to THC --possibly even allergic-- to the point that most of the full spectrum CBD tinctures I've used made my mind feel a bit dissociated from my body, even to the point of a more chilled version of paranoia. This is only the second full spectrum product that hasn't caused this, and it works at least as well as any of the others. I think it works as a great night-time complement to the CBD isolate (also from CBDistillery), which I like for daytime use. It is helping me taper off of my addictive prescription mood-stabilizer.
